  Super impressed with the rapid service and professional team. They booked my car in within an hour of a telephone call, to fix a puncture. Comfortable waiting area. Good value too. Can thoroughly recommend!

  We have used Tyrespot several times in the past as well as recommended them to our friends and family. Today, my wife's car was booked in for 4 new tyres at 2 p.m. We waited 10mins in reception where two phones were ringing and no one came to answer them then someone came in and totally ignored us and the phones. My wife said where is everyone and the reply was " on holiday and we're busy". He disappeared so we waited another five minutes before going outside to find someone. We met the same person and advised him that the car was booked in for 2pm. He shrugged his shoulders and said we're busy so with the attitude he showed, we said we would go elsewhere. He made no response at all or even acknowledged us. £340 of business lost along with the fact I wanted 2 new tyres for the caravan which they have lost out on as well so well over £500 of business lost in total. We now have the inconvenience of going elsewhere else after it was already booked in and the job should be complete. Tyrespot need to massively improve their dealings with customers especially when this brings in repeat business for them. An acknowledgement of "sorry to keep you waiting we'll be with you shortly" would have been acceptable but to be ignored and to have the attitude he had was totally unacceptable. In the past we have dealt with Dave who has always been extremely attentive even when the reception has been very busy, and can only assume he must be on holiday today. Sorry we will not be using you again and certainly will not be recommending you.

  Have used Tyrespot for about 15 yrs or more. Always found good service and reasonable cost. I had a puncture repair done a few days ago at their Durham branch The cost was £34.99 I did write a complaint and it was explained that since Pro Tyres took over they had put prices up. £30 plus £4.99 environmental charge which was explained to cover PPE a pair of disposable gloves, a seat cover and a mat to keep my car clean. They apologised for not explaining the cost prior to the repair. I look after 5 family cars and will never be going to Tyrespot / Pro Tyres ever again 5 good customers lost in one swoop. The old tyrespot staff still gave a good service
